1. To ensure proper clearance, you MUST use "header spark plugs" and plug wire heat shields.

2. Standard spark plugs will cause fitment issues.

For routine care, wipe the surface with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive metal cleaner. To restore heavier oxidation, wet-sand gently with soapy water using fine-grit sandpaper (800–1,000 grit), then finish with a quality metal polish. Remove all residue and fingerprints before starting the engine, as oils can stain the surface during heat cycles. A light golden tint after driving is normal and does not affect performance.
